Many people think that life is accidental and random, but the Bible begins, 'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.' Our lives are not accidental, but created. Today, lets think about the 'creative work of the Trinity' - how the Trinity God helps create our lives.
First, the father helps with the 'hidden will.
'In the beginning' is the first beginning, and God is the only one who existed in that first moment. God in verse 1 is plural because God the Son, the Word, was with God the Father at the beginning of time, and God the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, was with God the Father in verse 2. And created is singular because the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, acted as one. Not only did the Trinity create space, time, and all things out of nothing with transcendent wisdom and superior power, but by the hidden will of God the Father, God the Son chose me and you as children of God in Christ, God the Son, before the foundation of the world. This means that we are more precious than the heavens and the earth and the entire universe, so we are not to be taken lightly, and the force that drives our lives is creation, not chance. Believe that God the Father is still holding you, creating you, and saving you, even though it is hidden, with the most powerful will, the most fervent zeal, and the will of God, since the beginning of time.
Second, the Holy One helps in a 'manifested will.
Even if God created this world and our lives, without the help of God the Son, it is just chaos and emptiness, darkness and depths. God the Holy One entered this world in a human body and suffered and died on the cross to save us from sin and death. Therefore, the hidden economy of God can only be unlocked by God the Holy One on the cross. It is God the Holy Ones will to become lowly and eventually save us, and we cannot know God unless we also become lowly. All suffering is a sign and a pathway for God the Holy One to come to us. Therefore, our suffering is not accidental, but creation. We must recognize, face, and repent of the chaos, emptiness, darkness, and depths within us because Saint Jesus, the purifier of our sins, helps us with the 'revealed will of God.
It is a sisters testimony. My husband poured alcohol on my head in front of my five-year-old son and I couldnt stop drinking. I met men in an internet circle and when he found out, he cried out for divorce. Gritting my teeth to hold on to my husbands heart and worldly success, I played the piano, became a nurses aide, and helped out in the hospital. I came to our church at the invitation of my mother-in-law, and seeing so many retarded people confessing their shame and sins with the words of the saint Jesus Christ in the midst of their material, health, and childrens captivity, I gradually opened up, realized the saints humility, repented, liked the words better, and stopped drinking. In addition, my husband, who returned to church after undergoing emergency surgery for a ruptured disc, was healed that day by the words of Genesis, which spoke of Jacob striking his sore throat. Now, with my husbands heart in hand, I am a ranch leader like him, opening up all my sins to the members who are suffering from divorce crisis and addiction, focusing on the Holy Trinity to lead the hurting to the Lord. Friends, I believe this couples case is not a coincidence, but a creative work planned and executed by the Triune God from before the foundation of the world.
Third, the Holy Spirit helps with 'effective power.
When we are in pain and suffering in our various sins, God the Holy Spirit, who created us, helps us precisely and effectively. Anything that goes well in the world is no accident, but is allowed by the Holy Spirit to save us and sanctify us. Salvation is the only thing that is eternal. God the Holy Spirit reveals future things by the word of truth and helps every saint who is humbled like a dot. Likewise, it was not my education, nor my circumstances, but only the Redeemers QT that helped me. The Holy Spirit is working out our salvation with effectual power, discerning through Scripture what is important and what is less important. What God has begun, God will finish. As we apply the hidden will of God by the humbling of the saint Jesus Christ, who revealed it, we trust God the Holy Spirit to help us apply it.
This is the testimony of a lady who became humble as a mustard seed with the help of the Holy Trinity. She was a devout Christian since she was a child, but she married into an unbelieving marriage, and her husband beat her many times for not believing in Jesus. He also threatened their son with a knife and said he would kill her if she went to church, she stopped going to church. She tried to commit a suicide because he wouldnt let her go to church, but then the Lord said, 'You are mine.' With the help of the Holy Spirit, a miracle happened that made her husbands soul truly pity her enemy, and she prayed that he would come to faith in Jesus. My husband had fallen down eight times with severe gout and I had to collect his feces, but even though he was covered in feces, not a fly flew and it didnt smell, and I was so grateful that I could freely believe in Jesus and go to church without fear for my life. Sometimes I even had mean thoughts about why God hasnt taken my husband back yet, but the Holy Spirit made me repent and I became poor in spirit. Then, just like two milking cows dragged the Ark of the Law, my Philistine husband finally began to say 'Amen' after 16 years of listening to Far Eastern christian broadcasts. Eventually, with the help of the Trinity God, my husband accepted the Lord, was saved, and went to heaven. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law, who did not believe, also accepted the Lord, but their son said that he was sad that they did not believe in Jesus because they had a good income. Later, when she was beaten by her husband while selling eggs, she said that there was nothing on earth that made her feel as much grace as when she sang a hymn 'Toward the Heights' for her husband, who was lying in bed with a serious illness. She had a hard road to the end of her life because she was married to an unbeliever, but she persevered and set an example of believing in Jesus in her life.
The Holy Trinity is here to help me. No matter how difficult relationships and order, time and space may be, when we know the Trinity, we can obey the order and relationships, and the Holy Spirit creates our salvation with effective power. May we all be beautifully used in the creative work of this triune God.
