I am so sorry not to use Korean. Please, Understand me . I decided to share my QT even I

couldn t use Korean. I read Psalm37:1-11 as followed my QT book.

Don t be worried on account of the wicked; don t be jealous of those who do wrong (1)

They will soon disappear like grass that dries up;they will die like plants that wither.(2)

-----I worried too much my co-worked who lied about me on the job ( they are African -Am

erican women).but God told me DON R BE WORRIED ....DON T BE JEALOUS ....


Trust in the Lord and do good; live in the land and be safe.(3)

-----God told me TRUST IN THE LORD and DO GOOD!!!!. I tried to revenge them in same way

they did to me.but God told me DO GOOD.!!! I decided not to revenge and put them in

God s hand.


Don t give in to worry or anger; it only leads to trouble.
-----Yesterday, I throw up 2 plates in the sink because I was so upset and had anger

because my boss pushed me to change dressing in my shift for patient who is complainter

and makes employees be fired due to his complain. and I show my husband how I am ugl

y.it s my sin. I want to open my sin and receive joy.My sins are worry, anger, violence

broke dishes).judge,lie and grumble. Heavenly Father , please forgive me . I had sins.

I couldn t handle my sins my self. only your help and Holy spirit s help make me overcome

many sins.I love you.in the name of Jesus, Amen
