오늘 묵상말씀은 사무엘하 2장 1-11절.
사울왕이 죽고 왕위를 차지하게 된 다윗.
그가 제일 먼저 한 일은 하나님께 묻는 일이었다.
- 내가 유다 한 성으로 올라가리이까.
올라가라는 하나님의 말씀에 어디로 갈까를 또 물었다.
- 어디로 가리이까.
헤브론으로 가라는 지시에 따라 다윗은 헤브론으로 간다.
거기서 다윗은 또 기름부음을 받아 유다족속의 왕이 된다.
다윗으로선 두번째 기름부음을 받는 순간이다.
오늘 하나님은 말씀하신다.
다윗에게 배우라고,하나님께 묻는 것을 배우라고.
다윗이 유다의 왕이 되는 것은 이미 정해진 일이었다.
옛날 옛적 한옛날에 벌써 왕으로 기름부음을 받았던 그이다.
하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 그는 하나님께 묻는 걸 잊지 않았다.
어디로 가리이까..
오늘 하나님은 말씀하신다.
상황이 분명할 때도, 굳이 묻지 않아도 될만해도
그럴 때조차도 하나님께 묻는 것을 배우라고,
그리고 그 지시에 따라 움직이라고..
추석이 코앞에 다가왔다.
어디로 가리이까.
누구에게 선물을 주며 편지를 보내리이까.
어디로 가리이까.
이번 추석에 무슨 일을 어떻게 하리이까.
엊저녁과 오늘 아침,
그동안 마음에 짐이 되었던 분들께 조그만 선물과 편지를 전해드렸다.
말씀에 따라, 하나님의 음성에 따라 순종해야 하기 때문이다.
그래서 가라시는 곳으로 방향을 틀었다.
다윗은 못되더라도 그 흉내라도 내고 싶은 마음이었을까..
