제목: 축복의 길

우리에게는 여러가지의 길이 주어진다. 그 대표적인 예는 3가지가 있다.
1. 모압왕 발락이 간 저주의 길
발락은 모압의 왕이였다. 가진 것이 많아서 남이 부럽지 않은 그런 사람이였다. 이런 사람이였던 발락은 이스라엘 백성들을 두려워 했다. 왜냐하면, 발락은 이스라엘 백성들이 그 당시에 지헤롭다고 이름을 알리던 아모리왕을 이기는 것을 보았고, 하나님이 그들을 도와주시고 있다는 소식을 들었었기 때문이다. 그리고, 이들이 결국 자신의 나라를 빼앗아 갈까봐 두려워 하였다. 그러면서 점차 고통에 시달렸다. 그 고통을 이기지 못하고, 미리안 장로들을 불렀다. 그 당시에, 미리안 장로들은 제일 경험이 많고 머리가 좋은 사람들로 알려져 있었다. 그러자, 미리안 장로들은 이방인 예언자 발람을 불르라고 하고, 돈을 주어서 이스라엘 백성들을 저주해 달라고 하라고 하였다. 지금 시대에서 생각하면, "상식이 부족하다."라는 부정적인 말이 나온다. 하지만, 그 시대에서 만큼은 최고로 좋은 생각이였기에, 실천되었던 것 같다. 이렇게 실천한 모압왕은 자신 밖에 모르는 현대 용어로 사용하면, 이기주의자였다. 이 뜻은, 발락은 저주의 길을 갔다는 것이다. 저주의 길은 축복의 길과는 반대이다. 우리는 저주의 길을 가지 않으려면은, 하나님을 알아야 한다.

1. the path that Moab's king Balak took his foot on.
Balak was the king of Moab. He consisted of a lot of things and he had nothing to gain from others. Although being this kind of person, he was afraid of Isreaians. The reason was that he had seen Isrealians conquer Amorie people, who were known around that era to be the smartest, and had heard that almighty God had been helping this group of people. In addition, he had feared that these people would take away his country out of his hands. During that process, he began to suffer in pain. Not being able to recover from that pain, he called Mirian people. During that time, these people were known as the people with the most knowledge. These people said to Balak to call Balam, a foreign prophet, and give him money to curse Isrealians. To think of these kinds of acions nowadays, it seems to be foolish. However, during that time it was thought to be the best idea that could be thought of so it was put into actions. The person who performed these acts was the king of Moab. He was a person who only knew about himself which these days can be called as an egoist. This means that He walked the road the curse. The road of curse is the opposite with the road of blessing. If we don't want to walk on these kinds of road, we should know God.
2. 욕심의 선지자 발람이 간 어그러진 길.
발람은 하나님의 뜻을 알았다. 하지만, 그의 마음은 뇌물을 가지고 싶어서 바로 순종하지 못하였다. 왜냐하면, 발람 한 때에 뇌물을 받고 저주하려는 길을 택한 적이 있었기 때문이다. 우리가 누구와 함께 있는 지가 중요하다. 우리가 현대판 모압왕과 친하게 지내면, 우리가 걷는 길을 처음부터 틀어진, 어그러진 길이다. 발람의 특징은 하나님과 줄다리기를 한 것이다. 우리는 발람처럼 행동하면 안된다. 그리고, 말슴에 순종해야 한다.

Balak had known God's words. However, his mind had been headed towards in taking bribes sent by Balam and cursing Isrealinans so he couldn't immiediately obey to God's words. The person that we go with are very important. If we stay close with the modern Moab kings, than the roads that we are walking on are wrong from the first place and is a crumbled path. The distinctive fact with Balam was that he had tugs of wars with God. We shouldn''t do that but we should obey to God's words.
3. 이스라엘 자손이 간 축복의 길
이스라엘 백성들은 광야 40년 중에서 순종한 적보다 불순종해서 혼난 적이 더 많다. 하지만, 이런 일들을 게기로 이스라엘 백성들이 자라자, 발람은 두려움에 몸을 떨었다. 또 진행하여 또 진을 치고라는 말이 있다. 이 말은 에배를 드리고, 나의 자리를 지키고, 나에게 주어진 평범한 삶을 잘 사는 것을 뜻한다. 축복의 길은 공동체와 함께 가는 평범한 길을 걷는 것이다.

3. Blessed road that Isrealians walked on.
Within the 40years that Isrealians spent in Gwangya, times that Isrealians didn't obey to God and get criticized at is far greater in numbers than times that did obey. Isrealians grew in minds during their lives in Gwangya and Balam shaked his body with fear because of this fact. There is a phrase called, repeatedly progress and place tents. It means three things. Take prayers to the Lord, keep my place, an live my ordinary life well. The Blessed road is the ordinary road that I walk with my committee.
